Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or otherwise using the 77p77 platform at 77p77.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 77p77, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or promotional services made available on the Platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 77p77 will notify registered players of material changes via the email address registered to their account.

Section 02

Eligibility

Use of the 77p77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 77p77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation in any game or betting activity under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 77p77 Platform or from any other gambling platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Section 03

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77p77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and to keep this information up to date at all times. 77p77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to national identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77p77 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 77p77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

77p77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77p77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77p77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 77p77 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be amended from time to time at 77p77's discretion. Players whose accounts have been upgraded following completion of enhanced identity verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 77p77 will process verified withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within one standard business day under normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing timescales. 77p77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of any anti-money-laundering checks required under its internal compliance procedures.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

The Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77p77 does not offer currency exchange services. Any currency conversion required by your payment method is handled entirely by your payment provider and is outside 77p77's control.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions made available on the 77p77 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77p77 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and any other behaviour that 77p77 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended.

Where 77p77 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the offending account(s) without notice.

5.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 77p77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, and market in question. These rules are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. 77p77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error, that contained a manifest pricing error, or where the outcome was affected by circumstances beyond the normal conduct of the event.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. Bets placed during live events are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets, with the additional caveat that 77p77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice during periods of unusual market movement or where the integrity of the event is in question.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the 77p77 Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino games, by live dealers operating under independently audited procedures. 77p77 accepts no liability for technical malfunctions originating from third-party game software.

6.4 Bet Confirmation and Errors

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation notification from the Platform. If a bet confirmation is not received due to a technical error, the bet will not stand and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance. In the event of an error in the display of odds or game outcomes, 77p77 reserves the right to correct the error and settle all affected bets at the correct odds or outcome, regardless of what was displayed at the time of placement.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77p77 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in any form of bonus exploitation
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 77p77 support team or other players

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77p77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 77p77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of 77p77.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 77p77 for use on the Platform. All third-party intellectual property rights are acknowledged and respected.

Privacy & Data Protection

77p77 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are governed by the 77p77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 77p77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77p77 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform, technical failures, or connectivity issues
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers or game suppliers
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77p77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

77p77 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Section 11

Responsible Gaming

77p77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all adult players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players on the 77p77 Platform and can be activated at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you of the time you have spent on the Platform during a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. 77p77 will take all reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion across its Platform.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

77p77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version of these Terms currently published at 77p77.io/terms-conditions is the version that governs your use of the Platform at any given time. You are responsible for checking this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 77p77 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77p77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
